The alloyed, heat-treated, wear-resistant steel DILLIDUR 450V has a hardness of about 450 HBW. Carbon, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, nickel, and boron are among its constituents, which improve toughness and abrasion resistance. This grade offers a yield strength of roughly 1000 MPa and a tensile strength of roughly 1350 MPa. With the right techniques, it also provides good weldability and outstanding impact resistance. DILLIDUR 450V’s mechanical characteristics make it appropriate for uses where increased structural performance, lower maintenance costs, and longer wear life are crucial.
