Carbon Steel EN-200 Bars consist mainly of Carbon (C) 0.20–0.25%, Manganese (Mn) 0.25–0.50%, Phosphorus (P) ≤0.035%, and Sulfur (S) ≤0.040%, along with traces of Silicon (Si), Nickel (Ni), Chromium (Cr), and Molybdenum (Mo). The bars are heat-treated at 780–860°C, oil quenched and tempered at 170–210°C, and produce a hardness of 61–63 HRC. This blend of composition and heat treatment gives them added strength, wear resistance, and good machinability, making them apt for rigorous applications.
